Where is FBC located?
FBC is located in the heart of downtown Parsons, TN. We are conveniently located with access to two major highways, US 641 and US 412. Also, we are only 14 miles from Interstate 40 and just minutes from the Tennessee River.
How do people dress at FBC?
FBC has a “come as you are” atmosphere. When you come you will see some dressed up and some casual.
How do I become a member?
If you think it is time to join FBC here is what you do. Every Sunday our pastor, at the end of his message, will give everyone an opportunity to make commitments. If you want to become a member, then meet with the pastor during the commitment time. He will ask you three questions:
1. Do you have a personal relationship with Christ—have you invited
Christ to become your Savior?
2. Have you experienced baptism?
3. Are you a member of another Church?
Are there any expectations once you become a member?
Being a member of God’s family is an exciting and rewarding experience. In order to get the most out of the Christian life a person must be plugged in to the local church. FBC has a three-fold strategy: Connect—we connect with each other through small groups, worship, and church functions. Grow—we grow in our relationship with Christ through worship and small group bible study. Serve—we serve one another, the community; the world by sharing our faith and meeting needs.
