Attending a church for the first time can be an intimidating experience. We want your experience at fbc to be a good one, so we've put together a list of questions that people ask when they attend church.
Q: How long does your worship service last?
A: Our worship service begins at 10:30 am and ends at 11:45 am.
Q: Do you have to be a Christian to attend?
A: You do not have to be a Christian to attend. However, we hope you experience God in such a powerful way here at fbc that you want to become one.
Q: Is child-care provided?
A: Yes. We offer child-care for kids up to 2nd grade during the worship service. When you arrive one of our volunteers can help you get checked in. If you would like to see what we offer children and families click here.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: There is no specific dress code. It's perfectly fine to dress up or come casual.
Q: What is the music like?
A: We have a full band that leads us in worship every week.
Q: How do I become a Christian?
A: Becoming a Christian starts with believing. A person becomes a follower of Christ when they choose to put their faith in Jesus as their Savior. If you would like to know more about becoming a Christian click here. We would love to talk or provide some helpful resources.
Q: Will I be asked to give money?
A. We will receive an offering during the worship service but as a guest we do not require you to give. We will leave that decision up to you.
Q: Do I have to become a member of fbc?
A: We will not require you to become a member of fbc, but we do believe it is a great choice to make individually and as a family. If you have questions about or would like to become a member of fbc click here and one of our church staff will be in contact with you very soon!
Q: Are there opportunities to join a Bible Study group?
A: Yes. Our groups meet at 9:30 am on Sundays and there are groups for every age group. To look through a list of the groups we offer click here.
